Your job is to convince the judging panel that you’re the best business in your category.

  • Be yourself, be compelling, and make sure you can back your claims up with evidence.

  • Read the criteria carefully and make sure you address each question.

  • The judges will only have the information you provide in your entry, so make sure you answer thoroughly.

  • Make sure your claims are clear and supported.

  • Award-winning submissions always include data and evidence because doing so ensures credibility and believability.

How does the otago export Awards and the NZIBA alignment work?

The Otago Chamber of Commerce is delighted partner with New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) aligning the Otago regional export award programmes with the New Zealand International Business Awards (NZIBA). This allows NZTE to champion and support regional winners who will then be automatically shortlisted for the (NZIBA) .
